Material HandlingCement Plant Conveyor Replacement
Replaced 900 feet of clinker conveyor and a 140 foot bucket elevator during a 16 day outage, including all structural supports and chute work. Back online eleven hours early.
Machinery Moving800-Ton Press Relocation
Disassembled, transported, and re-set an 800 ton stamping press across two states, including new pit work, grouting, and alignment to 0.002 in across the bolster.
Structural SteelMezzanine and Pipe Rack Erection
Fabricated and erected 22,000 square feet of mezzanine and 600 feet of pipe rack over an operating line, working nights so production never stopped.
