I want a website, how do I get started?
- Once you choose a plan, click the “Buy Now” button. You will have the option to pay via credit card, PayPal or Stripe.
- Once your purchase is placed, your site will be delivered within 24 hours! Purchases that are fully completed by 2:30 p.m. PST (Mon-Fri) will be delivered via email by 11:59 p.m. PST that same night (if you host elsewhere, it is considered completed when we have all of your hosting information from a questionnaire that we will send you).
- You can work on your website at your own pace, from any computer and any browser on the internet.
- When you are ready to launch your new website, you will submit a request to go live and within 24 hours your site will be up and running. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST. If you request to go live after 2:30 PST on Friday, you will be live on Monday.
NOTE: You have full control of editing your site, colors, photographs, music, logo, text, menu buttons, section titles and more! Once you request to go live, you will have the same control of editing your new website whether you host with us or another company!
When can I expect my new website?
All purchases made before 2:30 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday will be delivered by 11:59 p.m. PST the same day. Purchases after 2:30 p.m. PST will be delivered the following day.
How long does it take to get my new website live?
Monday through Friday you can request to take your website live. If you request this by 2:30 p.m. PST, your site will be live by 11:59 p.m. PST the same night!
If I choose to host with you, when does my hosting actually start?
If you choose to host with us, your hosting starts on the date you receive your website links from us. This means one year from that date, you will be billed the yearly fee to host with us.
If I choose to host with you, what does my package include?
1GB of disk space (or more if needed) and a reliable bandwidth allowance. Email accounts and parked domains are extra, please contact us to have these added to your account.
If I choose to host with you, do I get email accounts?
Yes, however Email accounts are extra. Please contact us to add email accounts to your plan.
Do you offer phone support?
We provide unlimited support via email or live chat for all our customers. Live chat is Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST. We offer telephone support on a limited basis, but we’re happy to accommodate you. We do our best to respond to every email within just a few hours of receipt. All of our emails are answered by a knowledgeable staff member and more often then not by the developers and designers of our product itself! NOTE: If there is a high priority situation and you request a phone call, we will make that happen.
What are your business hours?
We are open Monday through Friday. Our hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST.

We are located in the heart of the 18b Arts District in beautiful, sunny Las Vegas, Nevada!
What types of payments do you accept?
Our websites are billed through PayPal. There are two options: you can use your PayPal account or if you do not have a PayPal account, you can pay via the credit card of your choice. If these two options do not work for you, then we do accept checks for emergency cases.
What is the difference between a hosting company and a domain registrar?
The hosting company provides space on its server for your website files, emails, FTP and more. The domain registrar is the company you bought your domain from. Our domain is exhibitdomain.com! Some companies offer you both of these services. You need both of these services for your site to be live on the web.
Do you have recurring fees for your websites?
Yes, all of our templates are a monthly fee with web hosting and many other features included. However, if you choose to host elsewhere, our hosting elsewhere fee is a one time fee. If you buy a domain through us, your domain fee is an annual fee.
What types of video are compatible with your websites?
Our websites support YouTube and Vimeo and any other video service that provides an HTML snippet for video embedding.
I don’t have a domain name yet, can you help me purchase one?
Yes, we can help you purchase a domain name, if it’s available. Our domain name registration assistance fee is $35.00.
I already have a domain name with another company, can I continue to use it?
Yes, if you own your domain then you can continue to use it. When you request to go live with your new site, our hosting department will give you two name servers to give to your domain registrar! It’s really that simple!
Can I add the video, HTML or mobile website add-ons at a later time?
Yes, you can add any of these on at any time in the future.
What are the main differences between the website packages?
The main difference is the amount of features that come with your website. The Basic plan are just smaller, simpler websites (content wise) with a few less features than the more expensive website plans offer the most features including online payments and inventory search features. If you require a shopping cart feature, then you will need to buy the Pro pricing plan.
Will I be able to update my new website on my own?
Yes, our product is extremely easy to use, our admin will allow you to upload and edit your own photos, text, colors, video, music, navigation button names and much more!
Will I be able to change the font on my website?
Yes, our websites do allow you to modify the font within your admin. However, it can be a little tricky. We would be happy to do this for you. Our fee is $150.00 per font change.
- You will be asked to send us the font in a .ttf or .otf format. The font will be applied to all text used within the site, this includes the navigation menu and section headers.
- We do not recommend scripty or decorative fonts as they are not easily legible. Additionally they tend to cause text shifting and misalignment.
- Our websites support foreign characters in text sections only where the text editor is used. Unfortunately we can’t support foreign languages for any other text elements due to font embedding issues.
Do you offer custom website designs?
Yes, we do offer custom design. Contact us for a custom quote.
Do you offer refunds?
Once your website is built out on our end, then we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
When I purchase a website, do I receive source files?
The code for our websites is proprietary, and is not available for any of our websites.
If I upgrade to a new website, how should I do this?
First, we love your continued love for our products and services! If you wish to upgrade your website, you will just order a site off of our website. At this time we offer no VIP rates due to our websites being sold at an unbelievable price!
Once you request to go live with your new site, our team will put your existing website in a temporary folder on your server. This allows you to use your current website at a future date.
Do you offer blog functionality in your websites?
Yes, we offer blog functionality for your website. However, you can also name a tab on your new website “blog” and externally link out to a 3rd party blog like Blogger/Blogspot.
Can I still edit the website once it goes live?
Yes, once you go live you’ll continue to edit your website via the same admin as you do now! You will never need us again!
Are your websites search engine friendly?
Yes, our sites have search engine optimization built into them, along with an area in the admin for you to maintain the meta tags used by search engines.
Are your websites compatible with both MAC and PC?
Yes, you can view and edit your website on a MAC or PC.
What royalty free photography companies do you recommend?
Which stat company do you recommend for traffic statistics and analytics?
Google Analytics as they are free and offer a great product.
How many images can I upload to a gallery?
We do not limit the number of images you can upload to the galleries, however for optimal performance, we recommend not uploading more than your disk space allowance. If you wish to upgrade your disk space allowance, we will be happy to do that for you.
Can I add a feature or mix and match features from different websites offered?
Sorry, unfortunately this is not possible with a templated website. Each of our websites are pre-built out and are unique to the features it offers. In order to accomplish this goal, you will need to request a custom quote. Please contact us for a custom quote.
Do I have to use all of the sections of the website?
No, if you do not wish to use a particular section you can simply mark it invisible. NOTE: a section you can’t make invisible is the home page.
How do I protect my images from theft?
We can disable the right click menu on your website to help prevent people from using the “Save Image As…” menu item. However, there are still other 3rd party screen capture products available, which we have no way to protect against these products. The only way to protect your images from theft on the internet is to watermark them.
Are some of your websites faster than others?
Yes, full screen sites will inevitably take longer to load because the images are larger. The larger the image or file size, the longer it takes to load. You have complete control of this, by optimizing your files by using the Save for Web feature in PhotoShop. This is our best recommendation. Performance is dictated by the size of the images that are loaded onto the website. The computer and Internet connection where a person is viewing the site from will also have an effect on the loading speed.
