Chemical plant, Ascension Parish
Replaced 2,800 feet of corroded process piping and 64 valves during a 21 day turnaround with 140 craft on nights and days. Handed back on day 20.
Marine terminal, St. James Parish
Replaced the floor and annular ring of a 120 foot diameter crude tank, with new sump and nozzle repairs, coordinated with the owner's API 653 inspector throughout.
Refinery expansion, East Baton Rouge Parish
Poured 46 foundations and erected 420 tons of pipe rack steel beside an operating unit, sequenced so the piping crews could follow a week behind.
