Laser and Plasma Cutting
A 12 kW fiber laser for plate to 1 inch and high-definition plasma to 2 inches, with automated nesting to keep your plate costs down.

Forming
CNC press brakes with crowning and angle measurement, plus plate rolling for tanks and cylinders.

Robotic and Manual Welding
Eight robotic weld cells for repeat work and 40 manual stations for large or low-volume weldments, all to qualified procedures.

CNC Machining
Post-weld machining in Belvidere on horizontal boring mills and large horizontal machining centers, so bores and faces are true to the finished weldment.

- Line boring for pivot joints
- CMM verification on critical features
Coating and Assembly
Shot blast, multi-stage pretreatment, liquid and powder coat, then assembly with hydraulics, electrical, and pressure testing.
