Controls MigrationPLC-5 to ControlLogix Migration
Migrated eleven PLC-5 racks to ControlLogix on a running extrusion plant, one line per weekend, with new panels built and bench-tested before any changeover.
RoboticsRobotic Palletising Cell
Designed and integrated a two-robot palletising cell with vision-guided pick, replacing four manual stations and raising line rate from 38 to 61 cases per minute.
SCADAPlant Network and Historian
Segmented a flat plant network into a managed control network with redundant rings, then stood up a historian and OEE dashboards across 26 assets.
