Tank and Vessel Linings

Structural Steel Blasting and Coating

Shop and field blasting and coating of structural steel, pipe racks, vessels, and equipment, from bare steel through finish coat.

What that includes

Surface preparation to SSPC-SP6 and SP10
Zinc-rich primers, epoxy and polyurethane systems
Shop capacity about 40,000 sq ft per month
Intumescent fireproofing through certified partners

Field Blasting and Turnaround Work

Piping, valves, and equipment coated in place during turnarounds, under full containment with abrasive recovery and waste profiling.

Full containment with negative air
Abrasive recovery and recycling
Waste profiling and manifested disposal
Night and weekend turnaround crews

Inspection and Documentation

Independent-grade quality documentation on our own work, so the owner has a defensible record of how the system was applied.

What that includes

AMPP certified coating inspectors
Profile, chloride, and ambient logging
Dry film thickness per SSPC-PA2
Closeout report with all QC records

SSPC-QP1 and QP2

Certified for field application of complex protective coatings and for hazardous coating removal.

SSPC-QP3

Certified shop coating operation, held since 2021 for the Apache Street facility.

AMPP Inspectors

Certified coating inspectors on staff, not subcontracted, documenting every stage of the work.

NSF/ANSI 61

Applicators trained and qualified on certified potable water lining systems for municipal storage.
